The deadline to sign up for shirts is Sunday, June 23rd.
Submitting a tshirt form below is a commitment to pay for a vbs shirt(s) - Shirts are $12 each. Payments can be made by check or cash to the church office by Sunday, July 7th.
Below, put your name, phone #, then check boxes of size of the tshirts you would like to order. When you finish selecting the shirt sizes, scroll to the bottom and click the submit button.
